Vincent was very professional and friendly, gave instructions and identified problem areas and my preference. He conducted the massage outstandingly and was able to massage the trigger points/tight muscles accurately with the firmness that I prefer. After the session, I felt very relax and the problem areas were no longer tight.

My first time ever to have a massage and I must say it was an awesome experience, Charlotte made me feel very comfortable and the massage was very relaxing and beneficial I train 6 days a week in the gym and noticed how much my range of movement was the next day when training. 10 out of 10 I will be definitely having more in the future.

Belinda's massage was excellent. Belinda demonstrated her ability by explaining the benefits of the excersizes in addition to the massage. Where she may improve is finding trigger points. I sometimes had to help her or adjust her position slightly. Overall Belinda acted professionally and demonstrated a very high level of knowledge.
