Study Massage Courses in Perth and learn the HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage or the HLT42021 Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. Our massage course is designed to teach you to be a confident and experienced therapist using the art of massage as well as understanding of the body. Our course is delivered via blended learning and is designed to fit into everyday schedules.

HTL52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage
  • Delivery Method: Blended 20 classes (2 days on campus per month*)
  • Entry Requirements: 18 years old or above, no prior experience or qualifications are required.
  • Payment Options: Government funding for eligible students, see below for eligibility. See the VET Student Loans page on our website to determine whether you may be eligible for a VET Student Loan.

* Some classes may fall in an approx 3-4 week schedule depending on holiday period/days, breaks and campus availability. See timetable for specific class dates according to your intake at your location.

WA Government Jobs and Skills Lower Fees, Local Skills Program 

The WA Department of Training and Workplace Development have reduced the massage course fee cost through their WA Jobs and Skills program for elegible applicants.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for the WA Government Jobs & Skills funded program, the total course fees for the HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial massage will be subsidised.
Subsidised Student Contribution Fees for Next Intake**:  

  • Non-concession student Fee: $2,632.50 or a maximum of $1200.00 per calendar year* (based on annual fee caps set by the WA Government from year to year, noting that this fee cap may vary according to WA Government policy)
  • Concession student Fee: $780.00 or a maximum of $400.00 per calendar year* (based on annual fee caps set by the WA Government from year to year, noting that this fee cap may vary according to WA Government policy)

Eligible Western Australian residents may enrol into the HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage course through the Lower Fees, Local Skills program. This program is run through the Western Australia Government. Evolve College is approved to offer subsidised enrolments under the Priority Industry Training Program to elegible workers residing in Western Australia.

Eligibility criteria for Government funding: 

To be eligible for WA Government funding for this course, you must:

  • Reside in Western Australia; and
  • Be an existing worker (work 20 or more hours per week): and
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia; or
  • An eligible visa holder, as outlined below.
    Eligible visas include the following subclasses:.
  • Holders of a sub-class 309, 444, 785, 790 or 820 visa.
  • Secondary holders of a temporary visa of sub-class 457 or 482 visa;
  • Holders of a Bridging Visa E (sub-classes 050 and 051) where the visa holder has made a valid application for a visa of sub-class 785 or 790;
  • Ukraine citizens who are holders of a visa sub-class 449 or 786;
  • Afghan citizens who are holders of a visa sub-class 449; and
  • Holders of a bridging visa who are eligible to work and who have made a valid application for a subclass 866.
Eligibility for concession fee: 

Provided you meet the Jobs and Skills eligibility criteria listed above, meaning you are eligible for a WA Government subsidised place, the following categories are eligible to enrol as concession students, meaning the student fee payable by you will be reduced in accordance with WA Government policy (currently a maximum rate per calendar year of $400):

  • Persons aged between 15 – 24 who are not enrolled at school.
  • Persons and dependants of persons holding:
        a Pensioner Concession Card;
        a Repatriation Health Benefits Card issued by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs; or
        a Health Care Card.
  • Persons and dependants of persons in receipt of services from the following Commonwealth support or employment services programs:
        Workforce Australia; or
        ParentsNext.*
  • Persons and dependants of persons in receipt of AUSTUDY or ABSTUDY.
  • Persons and dependants of persons in receipt of the Youth Allowance.
  • Persons and dependants of persons who are inmates of a custodial institution.
  • Secondary school-aged persons, not enrolled at school.

*For Workforce Australia or the ParentsNext Program, appropriate evidence for concession eligibility is a letter from the Commonwealth services provider confirming the student’s participation.

Gain Private Health Fund Status and Issue Rebates

Private health funds can enable members of the fund to obtain a rebate on remedial massage by approved providers. Private health funds set requirements which therapists must meet in order to be an approved provider.


Graduates from our on-campus program who satisfy all relevant requirements will be eligible to apply for a provider number for Medibank Private (and other private health insurance funds which have set similar/the same educational criteria), allowing clients to receive rebates.


Association Accreditation

Our students can take out student membership while studying and/o apply for professional membership upon graduation.
