I really enjoyed the massage from Amy. We went through the issues I was having with my hamstrings and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
The pressure was great and she really worked through the tightness, not just in my hamstring but over the rest of my body as well.

Paul took a very thorough pain history. He also had me perform several movements so he could assess what provoked my pain. He then explained how he planned to proceed. He very kindly warmed his hands and the oil before massaging me. Also he seemed instinctively to know just the right pressure to apply.

Chiara knew what she was doing and worked at my request on my shoulder. She explained that she kept leaving then coming back to it so it would not react and tighten up. I did not have pain later in the day as I had before the massage.

Pascale was lovely she was very gentle and had great technique! I usually opt for deep tissue massages however given my back was slightly sore she opted for a more relaxation massage which I felt really relaxed my whole body! I really felt relaxed and very comfortable during the whole massage !
