Tina treated me with a deep tissue massage two days in a row. She was professional and worked hard to get to the core of the underlying issues causing my muscle tightness, rather than just working on the presenting complaint. She explained what was going on. I had had a few massages in the past but all were so painful and I hated it. Was dragged along by a friend today and after explaining my worries to Stacey was pleasantly surprised. Asked for a relaxation massage and it was exactly that. No pain but so relaxing. Amazing would definitely go again.

I attended a free clinic day in Bendigo last Tuesday. The facility was an open plan area which made me a bit uncomfortable, however Elizabeth was very attentive and ensured my privacy was maintained. The massage lasted about 45 min and was a full body massage involving legs, back, neck and arms. I enjoyed the experience and would attend again.

I had two massages, one on the 11/12/2017 (Lower back pain). The therapist was very professional, well groomed, made me feel comfortable and explained each procedure to me before starting. The back pain has reduced, although I was a little bit sore for a while soon after (I know this is normal having had several massages over a period of months)

Emily explained clearly what she was going to do and answered any questions I had regarding my muscles. She explained why they get tight and was very helpful in suggesting stretches I could do at home to further benefit my muscles and keep them feeling great!
