Shannon was friendly but professional. She gave me a firm (but not excessively so) relaxation massage on my back, neck and shoulders, which were rather tight. The whole experience was very relaxing and my shoulders definitely felt looser afterwards. She seemed very knowledgeable and capable, and I absolutely recommend her.

My experience with this massage therapist was fantastic. She was professional at all times and took time to answer my concerns. She immediately noticed the stiffness on the left side of my body and managed to ease this pressure. I felt relaxed during the whole massage and the stiffness I had at the beginning had disappeared. I have lower back pain and Michael is able to find the area and release the pain when many professional physio’s can find the area. Michael uses the right amount of pressure that makes the massage relaxing and healing. Magic hands.

Irene was amazing! Came in with pain in my lower back to walking out feeling like i was floating with no pain. Jen made me feel comfortable with her from the start. She checked in with me throughout my massage and was always touching me so i knew where she was. Absolutely loved my massage i recieved yesterday by Kelly. I have had very sore shoulders and lats from the gym I wasn't able to have full roation of my arms. Post the massage I was able to have full rotation! Not only did the massage release my muscles but it also was very relaxing I nearly fell asleep! Thank you again!!

Chris provided a very professional massage, addressing my problem areas, of which there are many! Assessment, draping and technique were excellent. As a therapist myself I would say he is "good to go". As far as I could judge, I think Chris also has the right personal attributes that are important for a massage therapist.
