Head Spa Therapist Tokyo Headspa – Sydney (Bondi Junction, Surry Hills) 

$28 - $35 per hour (permanent rate of pay) + weekend penalty rates + tips & monthly performance bonuses. 

Guaranteed hours - Full time or Part time, guaranteed hours each week. Either a morning shift or afternoon/evening shift. With six locations currently across VIC, NSW and QLD, our purpose-built spaces are designed to transport guests into a state of calm from the moment they walk in — and we extend that same level of care to our team. 

About the Role:-

As a Head Spa Therapist, you'll deliver deeply relaxing treatments including scalp massage, shampooing, hair-drying and consultations to help clients reduce stress and improve scalp and hair health. No prior experience in head spa is needed — full training provided. 

Job Role Specifics:-

• Rate of Pay (permanent pay rates): $26–$27 per hour for recent graduates or students
• $28–$35 per hour for experienced hair and massage professionals
• Penalty rates for Saturdays and Sundays
• Tips and monthly rebook incentives
• Hours - Full-time or Part-time positions with guaranteed hours
• We are open 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts. (please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts) 

What We’re Looking For:-

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:-

• A genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellness
• Professional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skills
• The physical capacity for 6–8-hour shifts
• A willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.
