Remedial Lab Remedial Lab is a boutique wellness studio located within high-end luxury residential buildings in Brisbane. We provide result-driven therapeutic treatments in a calm, private environment designed to support long-term wellbeing, recovery, and relaxation. Our approach combines remedial massage, myofascial techniques, bodywork therapies, and holistic wellness principles to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, regulate the nervous system, and restore overall balance. We work with a loyal residential client community that values high-quality treatments and personalised care. We are currently looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist, Myotherapist, or Spa Therapist to join our team.

Position Overview:-

This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a beautiful, calm, high-end environment and is passionate about helping people improve their physical and overall wellbeing. You will provide professional therapeutic treatments while contributing to a supportive and wellness-focused clinic culture. The position offers flexibility, independence, and opportunities for professional growth within a premium wellness setting.

Position Details:-

• Casual / Part-time contractor position
• Commission structure 50–55% per treatment (approx. $60+ per hour)
• Flexible working hours
• Located in luxury residential buildings in Brisbane
• Opportunity for ongoing training and professional development 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver high-quality remedial massage, myotherapy, or spa treatments
• Assess clients and tailor treatments to their individual needs
• Maintain a professional and welcoming treatment experience
• Support clients with pain relief, recovery, relaxation, and mobility improvement
• Maintain treatment rooms and professional hygiene standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere
• Demonstrate ongoing interest in learning new techniques and developing skills 

Ideal Candidate:-

• We are looking for someone who is Passionate and talented in bodywork therapy

• Curious and enthusiastic about different areas of health and wellness
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Open to learning new techniques and ongoing training 

Qualifications:-

• Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent
• Myotherapy qualification or spa therapy experience also welcome
• Health fund provider number (or eligibility to obtain one) preferred
• Previous experience in wellness clinics, spas, or therapeutic environments highly valued 

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued) - Experience or interest in:-

• Myofascial release
• Deep tissue massage
• Trigger point therapy
• Sports massage
• Holistic wellness therapies
• Nervous system regulation techniques
