Join the Team at Fearless Health. Fearless Health is an award-winning remedial massage and movement clinic based in Dubbo, NSW. We are passionate about helping people feel strong, supported and empowered within their bodies through evidence-informed care, education and movement. We are a size inclusive, non-diet culture clinic that believes all bodies deserve respectful healthcare. Our clinic is known for creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, heard and cared for. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to increase hours over time based on demand and availability. 

About the Role

We are seeking someone who:-

• Has a kind, compassionate and client-centred approach
• Values inclusive healthcare and understands that health is not defined by body size 
• Enjoys building genuine relationships with clients 
• Has experience or a strong interest Women’s health, Pregnancy massage, Postnatal care, Lymphatic massage
• Is motivated to continue learning and developing their skills
• Works well within a multidisciplinary environment
• You will work alongside a supportive team with strong referral relationships with local Osteopaths and allied health professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements Essential:-

• Diploma of Remedial Massage
• Current Association Membership
• Health Fund Provider Status 
• We will also consider applicants who are currently completing their studies, particularly those looking for mentoring and hands-on experience within a supportive clinic environment

Hours & Flexibility 

This role is flexible and suited to someone wanting part-time employment with room to grow. 

We are particularly looking for someone with:-

• Some afternoon/evening availability
  Potential Saturday availability
• Flexibility to increase hours as the clinic expands
