Due to continued growth, we are looking for a compassionate and motivated Mobile Remedial Massage Therapist to join our Allied Health team. 

About the Role:-

• As a Mobile Remedial Massage Therapist, you will travel to clients' homes across metropolitan Adelaide, providing professional massage therapy to support pain management, mobility, relaxation and overall wellbeing. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists and Care Partners to deliver high-quality, coordinated care tailored to each client's individual needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver professional remedial massage treatments in clients' homes 
• Conduct client assessments and obtain informed consent prior to treatment 
• Develop treatment plans within your professional scope of practice 
• Support clients experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension and reduced mobility 
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes 
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team 
• Identify and report any changes in a client's condition 
• Maintain high standards of infection control, professionalism and client safety 

Essential Requirements - Applicants must have:-

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent recognised qualification) 
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Current CPR Certificate 
• National Police Clearance 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) 
• Current Driver's Licence 
• Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong organisational and documentation skills 
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach 

Desirable Experience:-

• Providing home visits or mobile massage services 
• Experience working with older adults 
• Experience in aged care, community care or disability services 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
