• Daily clinical meetings to discuss real cases and refine techniques
• Regular one-on-ones tailored to your career stage
• Focus on enhancing clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and patient communication

• Our Approach to Patient Care - 60, 75 & 90 minute consultations (not the industry standard 30 minutes) to deliver thorough, focused care

What You’ll Learn & Experience:-

• Interdisciplinary case discussions with osteos and physios
• Master soft-tissue and treatment variation techniques
• Upskill in sports and pregnancy massage

Benefits & Structure:-

• Commission-based with $100K+ potential
• 80% booking utilisation target — we aim to fill 80% of your available shifts (e.g. 8 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–7 PM) with a mix of 60-, 75-, and 90-minute sessions
• Aim for 4-day clinical work week (30 hours) + 4 weeks annual leave
• Mentorship & learning time included in your schedule

You’re a Fit If You:-

• Hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage
• Have 1–3 years’ experience, ideally in a multidisciplinary clinic
• Are (or will be) health fund registered
• Hold current insurance, first aid, and association membership
• Value evidence-based practice, team learning & open feedback
• Are curious, humble, and clinically focused 

Schedule Flexibility:-

• 3 days minimum (up to 5–6 if desired)
• Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Based in Roseville, North Shore Sydney
• steps from train and easy car access
