Mentoring Program Overview The Muscle Medicine Mentoring Program provides qualified Cert IV massage therapists the opportunity to gain valuable clinic experience and on the job training. The program consists of 12 x 4-hour sessions, over a 12 week period. Covering material and learning such as; •Shadowing working therapists (with approval from clients) •Mentor session with our Lead Therapist •Corporate massage sessions •Some opportunity to be hands-on with selected clients •Operational experience within the workplace You will be required to maintain a diary of each session including learnings such as; •manipulation and body reading techniques •client relationships •practice procedures •observations and more. To be eligible you must be Cert IV qualified at the time of your placement, have valid insurances and be a financial member of your association. Studying towards a Diploma of Remedial Massage will be highly advantageous. This a paid mentor program.
