Flow Therapy Studio is a modern recovery and sports massage space based in Balgowlah, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We work with a mix of clients — from weekend warriors to high-level athletes — helping them move better, recover faster, and feel their best.

About the Role:-

We’re looking for a female massage therapist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience in a supportive studio environment, learning hands-on from an experienced sports massage therapist.

The Perfect Fit:-

Has a great vibe and genuinely cares about helping people
Is keen to learn and develop skills in sports, remedial, and recovery-focused massage
Enjoys working with active clients and athletes
Is friendly, reliable, and professional
Holds (or is currently studying towards) a Diploma of Remedial Massage
Lives locally — ideally around the Northern Beaches area
Open to flexible hours — we can create a schedule that works around your studies or other commitments
