About the Role

Selph Health Studios is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary health studio.

Selph is a holistic health space offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Remedial Massage, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Emotional Health therapies, and an on-site Yoga and Pilates studio. With a collaborative approach to client care, the studio provides practitioners with opportunities to work alongside a diverse team of experienced health professionals.

The studio sees approximately 900 appointments each month across a team of more than 18 practitioners, creating opportunities for internal referrals and access to an established client base.

This contractor opportunity is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about clinical excellence, ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality, client-focused care. Selph supports a broad range of massage treatments and welcomes practitioners with specialist interests or unique service offerings.

Supported treatment areas include remedial, sports, deep tissue, injury recovery, pregnancy, trigger point and myofascial massage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide high-quality, client-focused care across a diverse range of demographics and fitness levels.
• Apply appropriate clinical knowledge and techniques to support client goals.
• Build positive, ongoing relationships with clients.
• Develop specialist interests and treatment offerings where appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A valid, recognised Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification.
• Active Private Health Fund Provider Status.
• Eligibility to process health fund claims through HICAPS.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Passion for clinical excellence and client-focused care.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Employment Details

Position: Remedial Massage Therapist.

Employment Type: Independent contractor.

Hours: Flexible, approximately 10–40 hours per week.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday, with flexible scheduling.

Remuneration: 50% of treatment billings, depending on the treatment booking. The advertised equivalent is approximately $68–$136 per booked treatment hour.
