The Role:-

• We are seeking a full-time Spa Therapist / Remedial Massage Therapist who enjoys combining relaxation treatments with deeper, outcome-focused work. You’ll be working with Retreatment Botanics, a luxury Australian natural skincare range

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver remedial and therapeutic massage treatments 
• Perform spa rituals and facials 
• Provide lymphatic treatments (training provided) 
• Deliver advanced face massage including buccal techniques (training provided) 
• Create a high-quality, premium guest experience 
• Maintain treatment rooms to a luxury standard 
• Recommend retail products where appropriate 
• Work both independently and within a small, supportive team

About You:-

• You are a therapist who genuinely cares about your craft and your clients
• You will have a Diploma of Remedial Massage and/or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) 
• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience (negotiable for the right applicant) 
• Confidence in both massage and spa treatments 
• Strong communication and client care skills 
• Interest in holistic and integrative bodywork 
• A desire to keep learning and refining your skills 
• Experience in a luxury spa environment is highly regarded but not essential
