Massage Therapist

We welcome therapists with experience or qualifications in: 

• Remedial Massage 
• Sports Massage 
• Deep Tissue Massage 
• Lymphatic Drainage 
• Hot Stone Massage 
• Cupping 
• Dry needling (One or more modalities required — not all) 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver high-quality, client-centred massage treatments tailored to individual needs 
• Conduct thorough client consultations and maintain professional treatment notes 
• Adapt techniques based on client goals, pain presentation, and movement restrictions 
• Educate clients on body awareness, recovery, and self-care where appropriate 
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, hygiene, and client care 
• Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team 
• Uphold the values and ethos of Free to Move 

We are looking for:-

• A qualified and insured Massage Therapist 
• Experience in Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue and/or Lymphatic Drainage 
• Is caring, grounded, and confident working one-on-one with clients 
• Communicates clearly and professionally 
• Takes pride in your work and ongoing skill development 
• Is reliable, punctual, and organised 
• Values a calm, respectful, client-focused environment 

Highly regarded but not essential:-

• Interest in fascia, movement, or functional bodywork 
• Experience with chronic pain, stress, or fatigue clients 
• Willingness to learn new approaches and techniques
