Volunteers required to man the Rest & Recovery Tent which will be positioned beside the First Aid Tent and help riders feeling a bit worse for wear and supplying them with water and a quick massage to loosen up sore cramping muscles. If any rider requires further medical attention, they will be moved across to our professional event first aid providers Sunday 21 July 10am to 1pm Hidden Valley Cabins 3-4 Volunteers Required Race starts at Paluma at 9am - you can watch the race start and then head across to Hidden Valley
