Amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic massage therapist to join the team at one of Coogee’s most popular physiotherapy practices, The Wright Physio. After the pandemic we are as busy as ever, we are consistently fully booked and turning away clients. This the chance for a Diploma qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join a practice with a fully established clientele.

ABOUT THE WRIGHT PHYSIO The Wright Physio is a sports-orientated physiotherapy practice based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, located just moments from Coogee Beach, coastal walks, and local cafes. We have 2 clinics in Coogee, open 6 days, with an online booking system and HICAPS facilities. We are a professional but friendly practice with a strong referral base, most of which are private patients. We specialize in sports injuries & the management of pain, offering individualised, tailored physiotherapy & massage therapy treatment to our patients. You would be working in conjunction with our experienced physiotherapists to support our clients to return to life injury free. THE ROLE As a massage therapist at The Wright Physio, your attention is on our patients and getting them back in action. We provide everything you need; equipment, linen, oils and accessories, marketing, bookings and admin support. The position is an ongoing, contractor based and you will be compensated for the treatments you perform. Days and hours of work are flexible. The successful candidate will be a professional, confident individual who is great at developing patient rapport. Be enthusiastic and motivated to participate within a small team environment and possess great manual therapy skills. 

ALL APPLICANTS MUST 

• Be currently residing and eligible to work in Australia
• Have a Diploma of Remedial Massage
• Have up to date insurance, first aid certificate and association membership
• Be registered with health funds prior to employment, or be willing/in the process of getting registered
• Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills with a client centric approach
• Be vaccinated against COVID-19, or in the process of being vaccinated 

IDEAL APPLICANTS WILL 

• Be available to work 10-30 hours per week, depending on therapist preference and clinic needs
• Be able to work Saturday
• Be able to work between 6pm-8pm on some nights Monday-Friday
• Preferably live within 30 mins of Coogee, 2034
