Remedial Massage Therapist

Active Back Care is a busy multi-disciplinary health centre. We are looking for an independent, motivated massage therapist to work in conjunction with our Chiropractors, Physiotherapist and other Massage Therapists in a co-operative and positive professional environment. Our priority is our patients and we strive to provide excellent, quality care and service at each and every session. 

We will provide:

• Full Orientation and Training
• Referrals from Chiropractors and Physiotherapist 
• Inter-professional support and learning opportunities
• Bright, modern, professional environment
• Full Reception services – appointment booking, fee processing
• Electric tables, all towels, oils, face paper
• Large patient base of returning patients
• Effective marketing procedures as well as opportunities to participate in external marketing events that can boost your exposure and success. 

We require: 

• Diploma in remedial massage (or achieving soon)
• Eligible for full registration with major health funds and Hicaps ( or achieving soon) 
• Current professional liability insurance

Sessions Available: 

• Saturday: 8.00am – 1.00pm (highest demand – can go till 2.00pm) 
• Tuesday: 9.00am – 2.00pm (high demand) 
• Thursday: 9.00am – 2.00pm / 3.00pm – 7.00pm (high demand)
• Friday: 3.00pm – 7.00pm (high demand) 
• Sessions are negotiable with the potential to increase depending on performance.
