Our expertise is in Aged Care and Disability Support and we are looking to recruit and support therapists in this sector but are not limited to this area of expertise. We are also passionate about recruiting therapists interested in any forms of Mobile Therapy whether it be for pregnancy, post-partum, or specialising in clients with mental health concerns.

We have an exceptionally supportive administration and management team to assist you with your bookings, keep you up to date with industry reforms and compliance along with assisting you with communication and general support.

✨ Join Our Team as a Mobile Massage Therapist ✨

Are you a compassionate and skilled massage therapist looking to make a positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking a Mobile Massage Therapist to join our dedicated team to provide therapeutic massage services to people in their own homes or care facilities.

Responsibilities
●  Provide professional massage therapy services to clients in their homes or care facilities
●  Assess clients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans
●  Administer various massage techniques
●  Help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility, reablement and overall well-being
●  Maintain accurate records of clinical notes and treatment progress
●  Communicate effectively with clients, their families, other healthcare professionals and our administration team

Requirements
●  Valid certification or Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognised institution
●  A member of an Accredited Massage Association.
●  Proficient knowledge and experience in various massage techniques
●  Ability to adapt massage techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of elderly, vulnerable and diverse clients
●  Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with elderly individuals
●  Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for all of our clients
●  Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
●  Willingness to travel within the designated area to provide mobile massage services
●  At least 2 day's availability (The more the better)
●  Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
●  At least one year's work experience in the Massage Therapy Industry.

Consideration also taken into account for associated industries such as experience in the Aged Care sector, Disability Support, Nursing, and other Community Support Services

Desired Qualifications/Certificates/Experience
●  Experience or training in Aged Care or Individual Support
●  Knowledge of common age-related conditions and their impact on massage therapy

Required Pre-Hiring
●  First Aid and CPR certification
●  National Police Check
●  WWVP Card
●  Portable massage table and cover and use of own linen
●  ABN
●  Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
