DAYS AVAILABLE: Thursday & Friday every week, Wednesdays & Sundays on alternate weeks
PRICE: The daily rate is variable and calculated as a division of the weekly rate ($335.00) depending on how many days / week are permanently booked by the part-share users. With 4 days/week (currently) booked the rate is $84/day. With 6 days/week booked the daily rate will drop to $56/day With 7 days/week booked the daily rate will drop to $48/day OTHER COSTS: $10.00/month split-room admin fee

This is a generous room (3m x 4.4m) with a good-sized window and plenty of natural light located in a large (but very quiet) interdisciplinary health center. It is in use 4.5 days/week by a trio of body-work specialist (Shiatsu, Kinesiology & Reiki) who would like a fourth practitioner to join them. The room currently has a futon & a massage table (which may be made available). There is also some shelf storage space along with 2 side chairs, a small table and a heater. The Loft & Earth Center is well-placed, a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Bondi Junction.
