Back2Health is looking for a superstar remedial massage therapist to join our team in a fulltime or casual/contractor capacity. 

Experience is preferred but its more about finding the right person! 

About Us 
Back2Health is a supportive and experienced team to aid in managing all your sports, work, and active lifestyle injuries. Our practitioners have extensive further training in a range of exercise science, human movement and sport specific rehabilitation techniques. They have backgrounds in elite level sport and can provide detailed rehabilitation and performance advice. We use state-of-the-art equipment, protocols, and treatments to optimise your recovery and prevent reoccurrences. 

Our team
Our team is made up of Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologist and a Clinical Yoga Instructor. We are an established and quickly growing multidisciplinary private practice in Townsville treating a wide range of conditions a common goal of putting the patient first always.

We have a transparent commission structure across the business where commissions are calculated and paid weekly. This means that practitioners get to see the benefits of their hard work quickly and ensures their commission calculations are not diminished by one bad day or a long weekend etc which has significant impacts when commission is calculated monthly or quarterly. 

About You 
We are currently looking for someone to join our team as Remedial Massage Therapist. We are focused on finding the right candidate who has a passion for sport and performance and who aligns with our business mission statement which is “Patient First Always” With that in my mind we have flexibility regrading hours, years of experience and contract structure for the right candidate.

What do we need? 

• Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent 
• Membership with an accredited association 
• Eligibility for Private Health Fund rebate 
• Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
