1 hour of massage required for participants as part of a session on wholistic self care focusing on physical care. Private spaces are available however students need to bring their own equipment. Location close to public transport and parking available. Date flexible Tuesday 30/10/18 or 6/11/18, 10-11am with set up prior Childcare is available. Parents are from many cultures, and predominantly are socially and economically disadvantaged. Aim is to support their understanding of self care as part of parenting.
